Refund policy

We hope you love your items, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for a refund or store credit within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note all sale items are final sale. 

Returned products must be delivered to us unused, unworn, with tags attached, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. 

Free return labels are available for store credit returns. Otherwise, there is a processing fee of $5.95 for returns processed back to the original payment method. This cost will be deducted from your refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. 

Return requests can be made at info@mysundayjammies.com. Once your package arrives to our warehouse, please allow up to 15 business days for return processing.
